MARLYN J. WIENER: My primary practice is in South Florida. And it's the Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach County areas. I represent small to mid-sized businesses. And I can represent a business owner in buying or selling a business or any of their legal needs in connection with ongoing operations. I can help a business owner with a variety of legal matters. These include entity formation, forming an LLC or subchapter S corporation for operations, as well as drafting and negotiating a range of business contracts. These include employee contracts, management contracts, and commercial leases. My top priority when representing a business client is to make sure that every contract they sign clearly lays out their rights and obligations so that we avoid nasty and expensive litigation. I've been practicing business law for the past 30 years and have represented clients in a variety of industries. I have the experience to assist a business client in almost any matter that might come before them.
