MARLYN J. WIENER: I have been practicing real estate law in Boca Raton, Florida, for the past five years. I have been practicing law for the past 30 years, having been licensed in Florida, New York, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. I handle a full range of real estate matters here in South Florida. These include residential sales as well as all phases of commercial sale of property and commercial lease negotiations.
