We are handling all legal matters remotely; using all the necessary electronic and digital tools and programs. I am available to my clients by email, phone, text and fax. I am still conducting essential document signings – where documents need to be witnessed and notarized for a closing or other transaction – using safe, social distancing practices. All such closings are conducted outdoors with the parties at least six feet apart (wearing gloves – and pens and gloves disposed of after the closing) or with the client staying in their car and closing done on a “drive by” basis.
